Make something polished with AI: your professional bio, a presentation outline or a social post, ready to use the next morning.
For women and the girls coming up behind us
I taught myself AI, and I wish I'd had someone to show me. So now I'm that someone. AI can speed up anything that matters to you and help you build whatever you want, and women and girls deserve our fair share of it. If a foster child turned mother, wife and professional can do this, so can you. Pull up a chair.
Here's a plan you can start this week:
Want me to write the Facebook post?
What you'll learn
Start wherever you are. I teach Claude, ChatGPT, Canva and whatever tool fits the job, because you're here to get something done, not to pick a favorite app.
Turn an idea into a plan, a name, an offer and your first customers.
Launch a real site in an afternoon, no coding and no expensive developer.
Set up assistants that answer questions, sort your inbox and handle the busywork.
Make a brand you're proud of, from your logo to your Instagram posts.
Plan, write and schedule a month of content in a single sitting.
Set up systems that take repeat work off your plate, so you can grow without burning out.
Keep your money in your business
Every website change, every post, every new idea shouldn't mean waiting on a designer or paying an agency. Learn to build and manage your own business with AI, and keep that money where it belongs: in your business, your family and you.
Show me howThe first workshop
Every builder starts somewhere. This is step one: 90 minutes, no theory, no jargon, working on your own real stuff with help when you get stuck. Once you're comfortable, the building workshops (websites, AI agents, social media automation) are next. You'll leave having made three real things:
Make something polished with AI: your professional bio, a presentation outline or a social post, ready to use the next morning.
Bring a real decision or problem from your work or life, and use AI to research it, weigh the options and get to an answer.
Set up your own reusable AI assistant: saved instructions that handle a task you do every week, so you never start from scratch.
Building workshop
Bring the idea you keep talking about. A website isn't a business; a customer is. So we'll go from "someday" to a live site, a real offer and a way to get paid, together, in one sitting. I did this for Ladies Who Prompt: the name, the domain, the socials and the website you're reading now.
Upcoming workshops
A new hands-on workshop every month. Real projects, small groups and no technical background required. Start with whichever one fits you; each stands on its own. Dates are announced to the interest list first.
A beginner-friendly start: use AI to create, solve and build on your real work.
A month of social content that actually sounds like you, plus a plan to schedule it.
Design a useful, beautiful guide, workbook or lead magnet you can give away or sell.
Build and publish a simple website on your own domain that you can update yourself.
Vote for the ones you want, and the most-wanted get scheduled next.
Social graphics and a simple logo, made with ChatGPT and Canva.
Professional documents with real structure, fact-checked.
Your Shopify, Etsy or Stan Store listings, written with AI.
Keywords, page titles and blog outlines that help people find you.
Your résumé, interview prep and salary negotiation, with AI in your corner.
From blank page to a polished slide deck.
Turn a messy sales or budget sheet into clear answers.
A Claude Project or custom GPT that handles a weekly task.
Use AI to understand, not to cheat, and get more done in less time.
Brainstorm and find your story, without anyone writing it for you.
Build something real to show colleges and first employers.
What never to paste into a chatbot, and how to spot a made-up answer.
Pick as many as you like. You'll be the first to know when they're scheduled.
Everyone seems to be talking about AI. Maybe you asked it something, got a strange answer and decided it wasn't for you. Or you've been meaning to learn and haven't found the hour.
You don't need a tech background. You need a laptop, a free Claude account and an idea or project you'd like to move forward. Nobody here will make you feel behind.
Why this exists
AI is the biggest opportunity of our lifetime. Women and girls should take our fair share.
It can accelerate anything that's important to you and help you build anything you want. And when one woman learns it, she rarely keeps it to herself. She teaches her daughter, her friends and her team.
Unleash your brilliance.
For teen girls
Girls are already using AI for homework. We teach them to use it well: to ask sharper questions, think for themselves and make things they're proud of. It's the confidence we wish we'd had at sixteen.
Ages 13 to 18. Study smarter, plan a first business idea, build a portfolio project.
Learn side by side. She'll probably teach you a trick or two.
Parents and guardians register for teen sessions.

Meet your teacher
I grew up in foster care in St. Louis. In my senior year of high school, someone handed me a strengths assessment, and for the first time I understood what I was good at. That one moment changed where my life went.
I spent 15 years in enterprise technology, including 10 at Microsoft in cybersecurity sales, partner strategy and as Chief of Staff. Today I lead revenue at an AI company and run three businesses of my own, built with the same tools I'll teach you. I'm also a mom of four, plus three bonus kids from my second marriage. If I can find the time to learn this, so can you.
I taught myself AI at my kitchen table, mostly late at night, with nobody to ask when I got stuck. I wish I'd had someone. So I started Ladies Who Prompt to be that someone, for you and for the girls coming up behind us.
If a foster child turned mother, wife and professional can do this, so can you.
An AI career clarity tool for families with college-bound teens. I built it at my kitchen table with my son during his college applications.
